             and red wine sauce

             For the roast sirloin

             1kg sirloin of beef
             Salt and freshly ground pepper
             Olive oil


             For the roast potatoes


             800g potatoes, peeled
             Pinch of salt
             Olive oil


             For the Yorkshire pudding

             2 eggs
             175ml milk, chilled
             75ml water, cold
