             béarnaise sauce

             What you’ll need:

             For the roast chicken

             1 whole free range chicken, giblets removed
             Salt and freshly ground pepper
             Olive oil


             For the oven-dried tomatoes


             10 tomatoes

             1 Tbsp (15ml) sugar
