FILE YOUR UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIM

• Click on “FILE A CLAIM”

• Or, call (800) 388-5515 to file your claim over the phone.
Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to noon, and from 1 to 4 p.m.

representative from the Denver

unemployment office is available
through UI Chat at the PPWFC.

Monday through Friday
From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Lunch from noon to 1 p.m.

UNEMPLOYMENT PHONE HOTLINE

Every Thursday, at the PPWFC main office
from 1 to 4 p.m., a hotline is
available that connects you directly to the

unemployment office with no hold time on the phone.

This service is also on a first-come-first-served basis, however,
other customers may have signed up ahead of you. You may arrive any time
during these hours, but please bear in mind that the list may reach its

maximum before you sign up. It is recommended that you arrive at 9:00 a.m.
or shortly after to secure your place in line.
