SERVICES FOR JOB SEEKERS

JOB FAIRS

Pikes Peak Workforce Center Job Fairs are high-energy and productive
events, with over 120 employers and often over 1000 job seekers at

each event.

Adult job fairs (18+) are held in Colorado Springs in the spring and fall.
Young adult job fairs, for ages 16-24, are held in Colorado Springs,
Cripple Creek and Woodland Park each spring. PPWFC job fairs receive a

99 percent good or excellent rating from attending job seekers, as well as
participating employers.

HIRING EVENTS

The PPWFC regularly hosts hiring events for local employers wishing to

meet with and interview job seekers. Meet with dozens of employers holding
these hiring events at PPWFC’s main office on a monthly basis.
These events are posted on our website at ppwfc.org, under Job Seeker

services.

WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA)

Adult Information Session

You may qualify for training, financial assistance and one-on-one coaching
through one of the Pikes Peak Workforce Center’s Workforce Innovation

and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs.
• Every first and third Monday of each month
• Walk-ins only

• Starts at 9 a.m.
• Arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. for a better chance of getting into

the session
