The VA is the primary federal agency that administers education and healthcare
benefits to our nation’s veterans. State and local government agencies, as well

as, veteran service organizations may assist you in filing
VA claims, but only the VA can make the final eligibility determination and make
benefit and healthcare related payments.

For questions concerning VA benefits, such as disability compensation and

disability pensions, disability related education benefits, and Vocational
Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) services, call 1-800-827-1000.
For questions concerning your GI Bill benefits, call 1-888-442-4551.

For questions concerning VA Healthcare, call 1-877-222-8387.
