Q: How do I get a copy of my DD214?
A: Most veterans can obtain a copy of their DD214 through the National Records
Personnel Center at www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records/.

Q: Who can help me submit a disability claim to the VA?
A: The El Paso County Veteran Service Office (VSO). To make an appointment,
call (719) 520-7750.
Q: Does the PPWFC process unemployment claims?
A: Unemployment claims are filed and processed through the Colorado
Department of Labor and Employment. You can file an unemployment claim
anytime at www.coloradoui.gov, or by calling (800) 388-5515 on Tuesdays from
8 am – noon, and 1 – 4 pm.
