Understanding the benefits of
coaching & mentoring

To attend Drive, high potential-high performing candidates are nominated by their regional management. The first 11/2 day focuses
on the participants themselves, what they do, how they do it and how they are perceived by others. They are challenged to answer
the question: ‘Are you busy doing the right things?’ The second afternoon focuses on current business challenges and enhances their
commercial awareness. Each session is an innovative mix of concepts, activities, videos, role plays, real life narratives that the delegates can
relate to and ‘table top’ discussions which enable increased learning and assimilation. The facilitation style ensures that it is interactive and
thought provoking with time for discussions, questions and reflection. Currently the programme is delivered in London, New York, Dubai,
Bangalore and Hong Kong.
