With reference to the subject cited above and further to our earlier discussions, it is to

request you to kindly extend us the required Hand holding support for 250Acre of Rabi cultivation
of Red carrot in Niali / Balipatana Blocks in Odisha through Devitanla farmers producers Co. ltd

(DFPC) .In this regard it is to impress you that DFPC have been functioning with small & marginal
farmers with strength of 2101 farmers since 2019 in Districcts of Cuttack & khurda of Odisha State

for both Niali Block (Cuttack Dist) & Balipatna Blocks ( Khorda DIST)
In view of extending the required hand holding support from agri-inputs ,

cultivation, plantations ,pre & post harvesting support and marketing tie-up over this 250 acres ,
We would request you kindly share us the details of the DPR/TOR with team details who would
assist in this venture at site as an model with active support of the DFPC to the stressed farmers in

Post covid scenario.We would also take this opportunity to share us the organisations/Agencies
who can extend us support on working capital on Short term basis rto our Devitanla FPC and

obliged.
