without making any claim, demand, right, title or interest into and over the said house save and

except the security deposit which will be refunded after deducting all dues, arrears, loss and
damages, if any, relating to the property under reference.

10. That this agreement shall never be construed as the tenancy agreement or lease agreement or
lease agreement or otherwise creating any charge or interest into and over the said house or

any part thereof. This agreement shall be valid only for two years subject to compliance with the
terms and conditions herein above mentioned.

In WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereunto have set and subscribed their respective hands on
the day, month and year first above written.
