lending its Corporate office & Address for the at the said premises . Whereas with a view to avoid all
disputes , litigations and /or misunderstanding both the party herein have agreed to enter in to this
written instrument ,inter –alia ,on the term and condition hereinafter appearing .
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AND BOTH THE PARTIES HERE IN HAVE AGREED AND DECLARE AS
FOLLOWS
1. That the first party/LICENSOR hereby grants licensee in respect of the said property in to and in
favour of the second party / licensee for the stipulated period of 5 (Five) years which will be

commenced on and from 1 April 2020.
2. That the second /licensee will occupy the said property for the business outlet.
3. That the licensee /second party has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand)
only per month to the first party/licensor towards license fees in advance which shall be paid by
th
the licensee to the licensor within 7 day of each and every English calendar month.
4. That the licensee/second party has also agreed to pay the electricity charges consumed by him
in respect of the said as per electric meter reading and upon payment of the electric bill month
by month the licensee shall produce the said bills to the first party/licenser within three days
from the date of payment.
5. That the said license may be terminated on or before the stipulated period as mentioned above
and in that cases the parties should serve a notice in writing to the other party, prior 30 (Thirty)
days from the date of termination.
6. That the licensee/second party shall keep and maintain the said property in a good and repair
condition and in the event of any wishful damages to the said property or any part there of the
second party /licensee will be liable to compensate the first party/licensor.
7. That the second party /licensee shall not store or keep any inflammable or explosion articles or
things in the said property or any part thereof which may cause nuisance or hazards to the
occupiers in the said premises.
8. That the second party/licensee shall have no right and/or authority to transfer, assign or part
with the possession of the same property or any part thereof to any third party during the
tenure of the license hereby granted.
9. That on the expiry of the license the second party/license shall handover and deliver the
peaceful vacant possession of the said property unto and in favor of the first party /licensor
