用途
此型中高效率濾網堅固且過濾面積大。 在高濕度下仍能保有良好的過濾效果， 且減少纖維脫落之情形，較之傳統高效 率玻纖濾網更佳。有絕佳捕塵力的微細 人纖濾材，輔以結構堅固擴張網有效減 少出風面微塵脫落的情形。外框為鍍鋅 鐵材質，出風面並有交叉鐵片保護、支 撐濾材。在出風面的濾材上加上金屬網 使其不會因拉扯、震動而脫落且緊密黏 著於外框，防止氣漏發生。其效率可分 為40-45%，60-65%，80-85%及 90-95%四種。

可使用。它可以使您現有的過濾系統更
完整，且提供穩定的過濾效果，提昇你
現有的過濾系統。本濾網可作為其他高
效濾網及後段空調系統的初效濾網，可
提供更高的空氣清淨等級。且設計使之
易於安裝空調箱。有傳統箱型及單法蘭
型可供選擇。

Description
The Rigid Cell Filter is a rigid, extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter. Superior performance in high humidity
applications combined with the elimination of media fiber
shedding make this filter a smart choice over traditional fiberglass high efficiency products. Its high loft ultra fine synthetic media provides excellent dust holding capacity and coupled with its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. A galvanized steel frame, diagonal support bracing, moisture resistant media contour stabilizers and metal media support grid enhance the durability of the filter.This durability eliminates media oscillation and media pull-away.
The media of the filter is adhesively bonded to all four sides of the frame to eliminate air bypass. The Rigid Cell Filter is available in ASHRAE 40-45%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% efficiency.
