Macao, named "Museum of Ancient Architecture", since much
historical building retained in Macao (吳志良，2005). In fact, in this

“Museum”, there is 24 museum which separately managed by
government or private institutions. In Macao, the most representative
and recommendable museum undoubtedly is the Macao Museum,

which located in the central district, and is near to much historical
heritage, especially the Ruins of St. Paul's, therefore, it is a very

convenient tourist spot. The Museum is the key to unlock the golden
door of understanding Macao because it is a space for people to study
the history and culture of Macao through a variety of objects of

historical and cultural value, which show the way of life of the different
communities that have inhabited the city for centuries.
