SUBSEC is asked to receive the report on the meeting of the Panel for the CAPE® Law Syllabus and to
note the:

para. 5: objectives of the Panel meeting;

paras. 6–8: presentation by Syllabus and Curriculum Development Officer;

paras. 9–10: report of Review Committee;

paras. 11–17: summary of the Panel’s response to the concerns of stakeholders on the draft
syllabus;

paras. 18–20: development of Specimen Papers.

SUBSEC is asked to approve:

para. 21: the revised CAPE® Law Syllabus.
