SUBSEC is asked to receive the report on the meeting of the Panel for the Chemistry Syllabus and to

note:

para. 5: objectives of the Panel meeting;

paras. 6–8: presentation by Syllabus and Curriculum Officer;

paras. 9–10: report of Review Committee;

paras. 11–21: summary of the Panel’s response to the concerns of stakeholders on the draft
syllabus; and,

paras. 23–24: development of Specimen Papers.

SUBSEC is asked to approve:

para. 25: the revised CAPE® Chemistry Syllabus.
