                      REPORT ON PANEL MEETING TO COMPLETE THE REVISION OF THE
                                                CAPE® LAW SYLLABUS
                                        HELD ONLINE, 5–8 SEPTEMBER 2017

               PURPOSE

               1.      SUBSEC is asked to note that the meeting of the Panel for the CAPE® Law Syllabus was held
               online, 5–8 September 2017.

               2.      PRESENT WERE:

               WELCOME AND OPENING REMARKS

               3.      The Assistant Registrar/Syllabus and Curriculum Development (SCD) Division welcomed the
               participants to the Panel meeting.  A special welcome was extended to Mr Alfred McPherson, the
               Convenor of the Panel as well as representative from Jamaica, and to Mr Jacy Archibald, panel member
               from Guyana. They were not members of the Review Committee and were participating in syllabus
               development activities for the first time. Apologies were tendered on behalf of persons who were
               unavoidably absent. The Assistant Registrar/SCD reminded the members that the meeting should
