The Survivors of the New Orleans Plague
A few minutes after Ruby and Jack left, the doors
to the laboratory opened. Without looking up
Dr Grey exclaimed, “Well that didn’t take long at
all! How many do you have for me?”
Not receiving a reply, Dr Grey lifted his head from
the microscope and peered at the door. Standing
before him was none other than patient 653.
The good doctor scrambled backwards in surprise
causing the specimen jar he was examining under
the microscope to tip over splashing the solution
on both patient 653 and himself.
