Schools. As this report covers, in fact, two successive parts of two schools terms (1954-55
and 1955-56) it is apparent that the yearly increase in the number of schoolboys has maintained
its usual steady level. Such increases were met by either adding new classrooms to the existing
schools in various areas of the Islands of Bahrain, or building and opening new schools in
new sites.
