11. With reference to paragraph 6. The
increase under this head Is accounted, for by the
allowance now made to H. E. Shaifch Isa Bin Alit of

Rs. 4,000/- per month, During previous years., I under-
stand that he refused to accept this, and so no provision
was made for it in the Budget, I am forwarding a
separate letter on this subject.
12. I beg to enolose a statement of accounts
for the half year ending 30th Janadi A2 Thany 1345 -
28th Deoember 1926, from which the financial position
of the State can be clearly ascertained.
