Few activities highlight the concept of learning more completely than young people learning two
dance routines well enough to perform under lights and in front of a room full of friends and family with
essentially seven hours rehearsal.
It was a daunting prospect and yet one that all Year 11 students involved embraced with excitement, joy,
and dedication.
The participants of our 2018 presentation ball were a credit to themselves and their families in the way
they prepared and presented on Saturday 24 March this year. Their efforts were truly magnificent and
worthy of acclamation.
I particularly wish to thank the extraordinary efforts of those who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to
make the event such a great success; in particular, Ms Denise Carabott and Ms Sarah Mott.
