               STARTING POSITION: On your back, with the attacker straddling you and
               pinning your wrists to the floor with his weight.


































               1. Buck your hips up toward your head and over to one side. At the same time,
               slide your hands down in an arc toward your own hips, similar to the way a child

               makes “snow angels.” Be sure your hands slide on the ground. They should not
               lift up.
