2. Immediately reach your left hand underneath and catch the gun at the back of
               the slide or hammer area. Your weight should already be transitioning forward.
               Burst forward diagonally with your left foot, keeping weight down and forward

               on the weapon. Simultaneously deliver a right front kick to the groin. Be sure
               your chin is down and your inside (right) shoulder is up to protect against a
               punch.
