2–3. Bring your left arm up, trapping the weapon arm against your body. With
               your right arm, strike with an elbow to the assailant’s face while sliding your left
               arm back to the wrist of the weapon hand. It is important that there are no gaps

               or spaces between your wrist, the defender’s wrist or your body. Your
               controlling hand should be in a fist and pinned tightly to your body.
