Working from inside out, once people are clear about themselves, they stop their competitive race to the "Top". This starts the journey of "Enabling Partnerships" of "Mutual Growth". Latest management and tech tools are then put to their optimal use. Strategies get executed on their own. People break through the learning curve and become partners in growth. People collaborate instead of competing. A new Conscious Culture emerges.
Is this Utopian? Can this happen? How does this work? It is too good to be true! Will it work
across continents? We have experienced that it works. It is a fact that Human Consciousness
works through the same playbook. We just need to be able to read that playbook in every language and across cultures to make it work.
This is the only Mission of our lives.
