Updates on your Associations

Committee of Management

Since the Annual General Meeting of the Totally & Permanently Ex-Servicemen & Women’s Association of
Victoria Incorporated (TPI Victoria Inc.), there have been some changes to the Committee of Management with
Mr. Peter Holz, formerly the Vice President/Welfare Officer deciding to step aside to allow for younger
generations of members to take up roles at the committee and organisational levels. With this the following
changes have been made and are effective:

o Mr. Terry Wilson, formerly the Treasurer takes up the Vice President position and is also a nominated
Delegate for the purposes of representing TPI Victoria Inc. at the TPI Federation of Australia; and

o Mr. Shane Turner takes up the Treasurer and the Welfare Officer’s position from being an Ordinary
Committee Member.
These appointments have been made in line with the TPI Victoria Inc. Rules of Association 2016 and reflect the
great work that both the appointees have done in the past, and continue to do. In addition we are pleased to
welcome Mr. Ron Hemphill to the Committee of Management after his nomination was endorsed at the AGM.

Peter, who served as the Vice President and the Welfare Officer for many years remains a committed and
dedicated Member and Volunteer for TPI Victoria Inc. and all members who have been supported by Peter over
the years will agree that whilst this is a loss to the committee, his legacy through his work and commitment to
many will be sorely missed. The Committee of Management wishes Peter well in his endeavours and values his
ongoing commitment and support to TPI Victoria Inc. and its members – Thank you Peter.
