THE TYPICAL FOOD IN ECUADOR

The typical food in Sierra Region and Coast Region are different. First, The typical food in Sierra Region.
[The people of this region make the traditional dishes as: llapingachos, rabbit, guinea pig, hornado.] But,
the typical food in Coast Region. [It´s different because the people fishing in the food in the sea. ]

[While , the people of the each region chose their typical food, because people like seafood, in the Coast
Region other people prefer traditional food of the Sierra Region. ] [Sometimes, the food of the Sierra
Region is cheaper than the food of the Coast Region. ]
[However, to make the food of the Sierra Region, it needs many different ingredients make the food of
the Coast Region. ] Finally, the food in Ecuador is different in each region, it´s delicious. The many people
prefer taste the different dishes during all live any way.
