1. In this chapter, we will learn about some topic on
environmental problems, the effects of the environmental problems to our
mankind and the way to conserve our planet world in the future.
2. Context clues are clues to the meaning of particular words.
These clues can be found in the context or surroundings of the word, i.e.
the words or sentences that surround a particular word. Context clues for
guessing the Meaning the core science of global warming
3. When authors write, they often include context clues to the
meaning of words they use but think that some of their readers may not
know. The context clue is usually presented in the sentence or paragraph
in which the word occurs. Sometimes a visual such as a picture is
provided. Here are five types of context clues used by authors to help the
