Determined percentages of total pervious and impervious area by calculating numbers into the total area of
parcel. Classified parcel into three separate sections and optimized soil grading plan for accurate identification
of watershed boundaries and sub-basin difference.
Key Accomplishments:
• Developed conservation subdivision plan split into 52 parcels by coordinating with landscape architect,
including extracting and interpreting data, using AutoCAD and writing environmental impact statements.
