         Overall:  Jessica came across as competent and positive. Loves the area and will be moving to the
                 region regardless of whether she gets this position or not. Has been working with the City of
                 Marysville since 2018 as a Community Improvement Specialist, focused on zoning
                 regulation including working with the community at the counter. She has light planning
