       Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your informal request for proposal, to provide you with a scope of work for
       Executive Recruitment services for the position of Chief Building Official for the City of Pleasant Hill (“City”).  We are most
       interested in assisting the City with the effort for this critical opening, which occupies a key leadership position.  We are
