Overall: High energy - much larger operation. No aversion to relocation. Oversees a team of 50 as
the Chief of Slot Operations working for the State of Florida. Previously he held the position
of Administrator for the State Compliance Agency where he worked on opening seven
casinos throughout the northern part of the State. He setup regulatory programs including
auditing, taxation, hiring staff, licensing and permitting, and additional areas.
The thing that would really drive me - I want to go to a position where I am excited, where I
feel that I am going to be productive, helpful, where people will value my input. I do want to
make sure that I am contributing in some way. Those kinds of things are going to be a big
driver in the job. Benefits and salary matter. The thing that will tip me is the sense that I can
make a difference.
