not provide something I deem necessary to complete my job. I have found over the years it is easier to work with them
to find it, and I have found I get better results by handling it that way.

In terms of communication, what is your approach to working with various stakeholders, such as management, staff, and
 the people you are regulating.

Direct and personal - I prefer a phone call over an email. My first choice with staff and with who I regulate - I might send
an email and ask if they are available for a call. I will usually follow that up with an email, summarizing what we did, what
we went over. There is something specific of what we have done and what we need accomplished. Following up with an
email would allow us to fix something that we got wrong right off the bat. Also, follow up with email is good if you are
working with a group. Really I have found that direct person to person communication is the most effective, the most
time efficient, and kind of builds that relationship between staff and the regulator and regulated, so further down the
 road things go smoother.

 10. Is there anything else you would like to add?

 11. If out of the area – Are you willing to relocate to the San Jose Area?

It's about a 4 hour drive. There used to be direct flights with Southwest. Yes. I am married with two children - I've had
this conversation with my wife. Relocation of just myself for a year or two is already something that we have considered
and agreed on. If we got that far down the road I would really need to crunch the numbers. But the physical idea of mov-
ing - we've considered it and would do so if the job offer worked. Can relocate.
