Georg Krammer, M.B.A., S.P.H.R.
Chief Executive Officer

Georg brings over 20 years of management-level human resources experience to Koff & Associates with
an emphasis in organizational development; classification and compensation design; market salary
studies; executive and staff recruitment; performance management; and employee relations, in the public
sector, large corporations and small, minority-owned businesses. He had five (5) years in the private
sector where he served as an HR Manager, as an Administrative Officer, and then as an HR Director.
