                           Our team will conduct pre-screens and
                           recommend between 6-12 candidates
                           depending on our findings.

                           3. INTERVIEW PREP. & GUIDANCE                   SOURCING               INTERVIEWS
                           We will provide user-friendly interview
                           binders,  interview questions, professional
                           facilitation, and guide meaningful discus-
                           sion around the prospective candidates.

                           4. OFFER STAGE & BACKGROUND
                           Thorough background and reference
                           checks will be conducted. We will facilitate                             OFFER
                           negotiations to a close and determine a
                           start date.
