Overall: Felix has been working with the U.S. Department of Interior, Fish and Wildlife where he has
been working as a Budget Analyst. He spoke about light purchasing experience and used
an examples of a couple of government vehicles and office furniture. He seemed to have a
competent grasp of the accounting side of procurement.
He was a little sluggish in train of thought, Monday afternoon? Light procurement
experience - more on the budget side. But enough that I feel he is a viable candidate.
