Teacher and Principal
 I taught multiple subjects to grades 5 through 8. I specialized in all levels of math instruction, language arts, and
social studies. Using my purchasing experience, I was the curriculum buyer at three schools I taught at and was able
realize savings of up to 25% over the previous year. I was also the primary teacher of physical education at these same
three schools.

 I was principal of one school that had declining enrollment and increased enrollment by 40%. I was able to update
curriculum compliance with diocesan requirements. I also evaluated teachers and provided guidance and direction.
While in this position I negotiated and oversaw the construction of facility improvements; i.e. Perimeter fencing, a
security system, the movement and permanent set-up of an underused portable building as a library and media center,
and the installation of playground equipment.
