Classification and Compensation:
• Analyze job classifications and prepare job descriptions.
• Conduct salary surveys for public and private sector classifications including Executive Management,
Mid-Management, Technical, Clerical, Professional, Classified, Sworn, and part-time employees;
compile and analyze salary data and provide salary adjustment recommendations.
