• Developed and administered all phases of the recruitment and selection process following Civil
Service rules and Hiring Pilot Project guidelines, including recruitment planning, application
screening, test development and administration, scoring and production of eligible lists.
• Reviewed qualifying promotions, Temporary Employee requests and performed classification
actions, as needed.
• Client Departments were Fire, Parks and Recreation, and Citywide Maintenance. Major
recruitments developed included Maintenance Assistant, Firefighter Recruit and Fire
Department promotional exams (all levels).
