               Director, Economic & Community Development                              2017-present
               Fayetteville, North Carolina


                   •  Develop, implement, and organize the execution of the City's Community and Economic
                       Development programs including housing, disaster recovery, and grant management for
                       all housing programs supported by HUD. Seek opportunities to expand affordable
                       housing, focusing on the removal of concentrated poverty.

                   •  Oversee CDBG, HOME, CDBG-DR, ESG, HMGP and SARF allocations for Housing and
                       Community & Economic Development.

                   •  Developed strategy for a HUD designated Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area
                       (NRSA) for the submission of a Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) $500,000 planning
                       grant. Identify and pursue opportunities for public-private partnerships and non-profit
                       agencies, including Habitat for Humanity, for current and future housing development.

                       Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developers, create collaborative partnerships
