The ministerial project review process will be evaluated and updated in fiscal
year 2015–2016.

Discretionary Project Review Overview

Introduction

A process has been established for guiding projects through discretionary
review. The process includes five basic steps:

A project planner is assigned to manage a project through the process and will
be the single point of contact. The project planner facilitates the review, but
does not represent the interests of the applicant. This is a general overview
and not an all-encompassing description of all that may be involved in an
individual project.

STEP Pre-Application Conference
1 The purpose of a pre-application conference with the Staff

Advisory Committee is to provide an opportunity to review the
project with City staff in a preliminary form to finalize submittal requirements
