         Overall:  While he seemed competent, he struggled to find specific examples, demonstrating a lack
                 of depth due to mainly contracting roles. Has longest tenured role was with the Tomales
                 Village Community Services District where he was a team of one. He helped the District
                 build from scratch.

                 Karl has worked mainly with small governments and agencies in throughout his career, to
                 support them in an administrative capacity, most recently working with the Town of Fort
                 Jones as a Chief Administrator where he supervises a team of 15 and reports directly to
                 their Board.


                 He seemed a little dull in his responses and unenthusiastic.
