Nelson is seeking the next step in his career. This would present him an opportunity to own a home and raise
his family in a small community. Nelson is hungry for this opportunity.

Nelson is able to work in the US under a TPS. He has 16 certifications and 4 years of experience in a similarly
sized city. He is very much looking forward to this opportunity.
Overall Comments: Nelson is highly qualified to move on based on his impressive resume alone. The only
thing that remains murky is his citizenship status. I recommend moving him to the in-person interview stage
and then getting a clearer understanding of what he would need in order to make the move from Capitola to
Arcata.
