 that long-term solution?

 John has been through a few life-changing situations over the last few years and is using his new lease on life to find
 the career he deserves.  He wants to build his retirement back up and seeks to use this position and opportunity as
 the final stop in his career.  He wants to be with the City of Arcata in a long-term capacity.
