they are receiving the expected level of service? What do you feel are some of the
                     challenges to achieving a high level of customer service?

                     The answer to that one is pretty easy - you pick up the phone you schedule a meeting and
                     you go talk to them. They may tell you it stinks, they may love it. You have to put together
                     a team. I would set up meetings and I would have an outreach group. If the relationship is
                     really bad, I would think about bringing in a third party facilitator and invite the
                     appropriate folks from the communities and throw the stinky fish on the table.

                     The evaluation portion - you could do surveys and do face to face meetings. The biggest
                     challenge to that is going to be resources. Do you have enough resources to get around to
                     customers in a timely fashion. The resources and the ability to get to those folks and have
                     communication is going to be a challenge.

                     Wife is the head of a huge bank - she travels quite a bit. Would need to have more discussions.
