9.   This position will interact with managers throughout the City as well as other
                     organizations and individuals throughout the community. How do you evaluate whether
                     they are receiving the expected level of service? What do you feel are some of the
                     challenges to achieving a high level of customer service?

                     I think that part of the answer to the question that you posed, which is very important, is
                     to understand not only what you need from them but what they may need from you. So
                     when you proceed with a joint project or an issue that will impact both organizations you
                     have to make sure that your effort is focused on achieving both goals. If you want a
                     successful partnership you have be committed to making them successful. It takes time to
                     build relationships. You have to make it a win-win situation vs. competing interest.



                 10. Anything else to add, any questions?

                     My interest is to ensure that my skillset matches the current challenges and the anticipated
                     challenges. Anything I ask at this point before the fit is recognized seems a little premature at this
                     phase.
