          Overall:  RFL: Doug is currently working in a consulting role after leaving his position as Assistant City Manager with
                 the City of Sandy Springs in late 2018 due to "differences" between him and the City Manager.

                 The examples Doug used were mainly from his time with Dekalb County, a position he left in 2014. To me,
                 this highlighted the general feeling I had during the conversation, that Doug has deficient experience
                 in the public sector. I felt that the responses he gave were not from a higher-level management
                 perspective, and more from that of a rank and file staff. Overall, I felt that Douglas would not be a good fit
                 a position of this seniority.
