                                         3.  Advertising and Marketing:   Proven advertising sites and campaigns.


           KEY STEPS                     4.  Development of Candidate Pool:   Modern sourcing techniques.


                                         5.  K&A Conducted Phone Screens:  Visually friendly and concise.


                                         6.  Applicant Materials Binder:  6-12 concise candidate recommendations.


                                         7.  Interview Preparation:  Including onsite interview questions and panel assmebly.
            Recruitment Process


                                         8.  Panel Interviews:   In-person facilitation and guidance.


                                         9.  Hiring Interviews: Two or three finalists will be asked back for a second, final interview.


                                         10.  Background and Professional Reference Checks:  Thorough vetting.

                                         11.  Negotiation of Terms and Offer of Employment:  Proficient experience at all levels



                                         12.  Ongoing Communications:  Ensure success and smooth transition upon hire.
