 Developed and implemented parking and transportation operation plans for single and multi-event
venues
 Provided variety of consultation, event-management and turnkey parking operations based on client
requests
 Prepared and presented event parking plans to Municipal, County, and State Government agencies for
review and approval
 Acted as liaison between event producers, law enforcement, and traffic control agencies during events
 Planned, implemented, and reviewed financials, such as P&L, payroll, and event venue management
plans
 Recommended, developed, negotiated and acquired lease agreements for event parking areas
 Recruited, hired, trained and developed supervisory staff
 Scheduled and directed advance and breakdown crews to multiple sites around the country

 Implemented computer based payroll system
 Purchased and maintained inventory of rental equipment for event services
 Expanded scope of services to include traffic control and signage operations
 Improved communications and built inventory of communications equipment
