                   Negotiated and instituted a dedicated ‘route’ for elevator maintenance service resulting in higher levels of service and faster response times
                   Negotiated an extension of janitorial services in a favorable agreement during labor uncertainty within the region and industry
                   Conducted a bidding process for new janitorial services with higher levels of service and reducing fees by approximately $10,000 per month from current service
                  Instituted ‘script’ for Commission Chair for guidance during Commission meetings
                  Instituted an agenda planning system for future Commission agenda items
                  Implemented new methodology for replacement funding of heavy equipment assets (Fire Apparatus)
                  Expansion of the City’s Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, including forging a relationship with
             UCLA’s SmartGrid Program as a Pilot Site
                   Led the development and presentation of a comprehensive Electric Vehicle Charging policy which was accepted by the City Council/Parking Authority (Commendation from SCE for PEV Readiness)
                  Providing staff support and actively working on Disabled Parking legislative reform
