myCrestron Deploy Code Import
Use the myCrestron Deploy Code Import screen to load a system configuration on the Crestron
Home processor using a Deploy code.
To view the myCrestron Import screen, select Settings > System Configuration > myCrestron
Deploy Code Import.
l Deploy a new configuration: Load a configuration onto a processor for the first time. The
Deploy code that is used can be generated using the Crestron Home Configurator or from
a backup in the myCrestron Residential Monitoring Service. This process deletes the
configuration on the Crestron Home processor. To deploy a new configuration, refer to
Deploy a New Configuration (on the facing page).
l Update a previously-deployed configuration: Load a configuration onto a processor and
merge it with the existing system. To redeploy a configuration, refer to Update a
Previously-Deployed Configuration (on page 289).
NOTES:
l The Crestron Home processor must be connected to the internet to use a Deploy code.
l Update the Crestron Home processor to the latest firmware. To update the firmware,
refer to Software Update (on page 320).
