To remove the voice control services using the Crestron Admin Portal for Voice Control Systems,
follow these steps:
1. Go to the Crestron Admin Portal for Voice Control Systems:
a. Amazon® Alexa® Voice Control: Go to voicereg-a-na.crestrion.io.
b. Google Assistant™ Voice Control: Go to voicereg-g-na.crestrion.io.
2. Enter the old control processor's MAC address into the Enter Control System ID box
3. Select Submit and Delete.
To return to the previous screen, tap Back.
